Languages are now Content Objects. By default, every character begins speaking no language, which resolves to a built-in Common language. This can be shadowed with another language called "Common" if you decide to create such a language.<br /><br />Additionally, any language can be marked as 'Common' which means that everyone always has 100% fluency in it. Any language with this flag will take precedence over the built-in "Common" language, if you want to create your own language to use as a default (maybe you want English to be the common language, or maybe you have a sci-fi game where the Interstellar Lingua is the default language).
